Jim decided he might like to train as an accountant after doing two weeks work experience with the firm in June 2007.
Steve and Carol were so impressed with his enthusiasm and maturity that they decided to offer him a full time position with day release, to study for the Association of Accounting Technician exams. In August 2009 Jim passed the AAT level 2 NVQ in Accounting and will continue with his studies.
So far he is doing very well and we are very pleased with his progress.
In his spare time Jim coaches a Waltham Wolves junior football team as he is a qualified level one football coach and first aider.
His other hobbies include tennis, watching films and spending his hard earned cash!
